Purchase
• All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), packaging and delivery.
• An order is placed by your completion of the Pay Pal order and checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed you will receive a payment confirmation by e mail from Pay Pal.
• Shortly after you will receive the order confirmation from Stephen Taylor Prints.
• You will receive a certificate of authenticity with your purchase. This specifies the edition number of your print(s) and guarantees that once the edition has been sold no further prints of this edition will be reproduced for sale.
Dispatch and Delivery
• On receipt of confirmation of payment from Pay Pal Stephen Taylor Prints will process your order as quickly as possible. Our artist supervised and signed prints are produced in small batches, so up to 15 working days should be allowed before dispatch from the UK.
• Immediately your package is dispatched you will be sent confirmation and a tracking number by e mail. Your package is insured in transit up to the point that you or your representative signs for receipt.
Packing and Unpacking
• Prints are rolled and covered with a protective plastic sleeve, then placed inside a heavy weight tube. To avoid damage prints should be removed from the tube with care.
• Larger orders are flat packed in a protective board sandwich. To avoid damage the tape on these packs should be cut with a small sharp knife, taking care that the blade does not to penetrate the packing.
Product Description
• Each product is sold subject to its product description, which sets out the specifications related to that product. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct.
• Please note that whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product specification displayed throughout this website, there are times when there may be colour variation between the settings on your own monitor and the true colour digital printing processes utilised.
Security and Privacy
• Your payment transaction is handled by Pay Pal who operate to the highest standards of privacy and security. You can view their policy at www.paypal.co.uk, see 'privacy'.
• As a matter of policy, Stephen Taylor Prints will not pass on, sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party other than Pay Pal.
Refund Policy
• We aim to provide the highest quality product. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery.
• To return an item, please send an email though our website contact page with your order details and reason for the return. We will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you by email once we have received and processed the return item.
• An item must be in its original packing and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
